If you’re arriving by plane:

Once you have entered your travel details on the Go Forward registration site, the event team will be in touch to organise your flights.

If you arrange your own flights, these must be paid for individually and cannot be allocated the the Go Forward budget.

Kindly note that all flights booked will be Premium Economy only.

If you drive to the event, please refer to your local T&E policy for any claim regarding mileage

Your room is automatically booked for you at the LEGOLAND California when you confirm your attendance. Rooms will be available for check-in from 10 January and check-out on 14 January 2024.  

The hotel will not be available outside of these dates. 

Accommodation costs for 10-14 February will be covered by the Go Forward Event.

All participants must have arrived and checked-in by Tuesday 11 February, 1300hrs, ready for the afternoon activities to commence at 1330hrs.

This is our annual leadership conference and will be the only one of its kind this year.

Hopefully you can make the next one in 2026. However, your team in attendance will be asked to collate everything they hear and learn to play back to their teams on their return.
